• To provide AI-powered legal analysis and information services • To operate the fee reverse auction and match you with law firms • To connect you with partner law firms and support bookings and e-contracts • To improve our services and conduct analytics • To comply with obligations under Australian law
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. To operate the fee reverse auction and matching service, and with your prior consent, we disclose information as follows: • Participating law firms: a case summary (excluding personally identifiable information) is shared to prepare offers (bids). • Your selected firm: your name and contact details are disclosed only after you select a specific firm, and only to that firm. • Bookings & e-contracts: information necessary to fulfil a booking or contract is disclosed to the relevant firm. We also disclose limited data to service providers operating our platform under strict confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
Marketing Communications (Optional)
Only if you separately opt in, we may use your name, email, and phone number to send you news, offers, and promotional messages from ROY and — limited to firms you have engaged with — partner law firms, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Opting in is entirely optional and does not affect your use of the services. You may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe facility in any message or by contacting roylegal.ai@gmail.com. As we operate without user accounts, requests are verified using the name and phone number (or email) you provided.
5. Access and Correction
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access and correct your personal information held by us. To make a request, contact privacy@roy-legal.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, you may lodge a complaint with us at privacy@roy-legal.ai. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
