To operate the fee reverse auction and matching service, and with your prior consent, we share information as follows: • Participating law firms: a case summary (excluding personally identifiable information such as your name and contact details) is shared for the purpose of preparing offers (bids). • Your selected firm: your name and contact details (phone, email) are provided only after you select a specific firm, and only to that firm. • Bookings & e-contracts: information necessary to fulfill a booking or contract is provided to the relevant firm. We also share limited data with service providers operating our platform under strict confidentiality obligations, and may disclose information where required by law.
Marketing Communications (Optional)
Only if you separately opt in, we may use your name, email, and phone number to send you news, offers, and promotional messages from ROY and — limited to firms you have engaged with — partner law firms. Opting in is entirely optional and does not affect your use of the services. You may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting roylegal.ai@gmail.com. As we operate without user accounts, requests are verified using the name and phone number (or email) you provided.
